Kawasaki motorcycles are a product of Kawasaki Heavy Industries’ Motorcycle & Engine division. The company’s history dates back to when Kawasaki Aircraft began manufacturing motorcycles under the Meguro name after acquiring an ailing motorcycle manufacturer, Meguro Manufacturing.

This led to the formation of Kawasaki Motor Sales and eventually Kawasaki Motorcycle Co., Ltd. The company’s early models included the Meguro K1 and SG, with a focus on developing four-stroke engines for small cars. Over the years, Kawasaki expanded its lineup, introducing iconic models like the Kawasaki Ninja H2R, Ninja ZX-11, GPZ900R, and Ninja ZX-6R.

In 1974, Kawasaki established the American Kawasaki Motors Corporation in Nebraska to cater to the North American market. The company’s commitment to innovation is evident in its continuous development of motorcycle engines and technologies. From introducing the MULE side x side utility vehicle in 1988 to celebrating milestones like Jeff Ward’s victories in AMA championships, Kawasaki has remained a prominent player in the motorcycle industry.

The latest addition to Kawasaki’s lineup is the Eliminator 500 series, including models like the Eliminator 500 and Eliminator 500 SE. These bikes combine timeless design with modern technology, offering a sleek and low cruiser design with comfortable seating and easy handling.

The Eliminator series features a Parallel Twin engine that provides strong low-end torque and smooth power delivery, making it suitable for everyday riding and highway speeds. Additionally, these bikes prioritize passenger comfort with features like a pillion seat and ergonomic grab bar.

Kawasaki’s legacy is marked by a blend of engineering excellence, racing success, and a commitment to meeting riders’ needs with innovative designs and cutting-edge technology.
