Our fast-growing online motorcycle gear review site seeks a creative, detail-oriented motorcycle lover to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you can combine your passion for motorcycles with social media management content writing, product photography, online marketing, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Research and write compelling product descriptions and buying guides for motorcycle gear (helmets, jackets, boots, etc.)
- Take eye-catching product photos for website listings
- Manage motorcycle gear inventory and update product listings
- Respond to pre-sales and post-sales customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
- Create email marketing campaigns and assist with search engine optimization
Requirements:
- Passion for riding and deep knowledge of motorcycle gear
- Strong writing and verbal communication abilities
- Creative eye for photography and content presentation
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn web-based tools quickly
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
- College degree preferred
